Experienced leadership in Workplace Investigations and Training
Prior to founding Sarah Graves Workplace Investigations and Training, Sarah litigated cases and served as a trusted advisor to clients in Canada and the United States in labour, employment and human rights matters for more than thirty years. Sarah has been consistently recognised by Best Lawyers in labour and employment law and by Lexpert in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).
Sarah is known by her clients and colleagues as an effective strategic partner and for her thorough and practical approach in complex investigation mandates. Her objective, respectful and empathetic manner is valued by organizations, complainants, respondents and witnesses, resulting in all parties feeling heard.
Sarah has trained human resources professionals, managers, and external and in-house lawyers to conduct workplace investigations across the country, in workplaces and in law firms, as an instructor for Lexpert’s Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations program and at Osgoode Professional Development Programs. Sarah also taught Employment law at Western University’s Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).
